Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is described as the original Wunderkind and a tireless socialite of the classical period. He became a star of eighteenth-century European music through an enormous output of elegant melodies. According to the series, fame and acclaim took a toll, and he died in poverty and exhaustion at only 35. This short sketch follows the series’ own summary and is not a full biography.
